Genok

This is not heavily customized, but is my first attempt at doing so. I dyed the robotic hand by heating up the part in a pan of RIT dye. The arm and leg accents were done with enamel model paint.

Bio:
Genok, although his original name is unknown, was a medical doctor by the age of 19. Although all agreed he had been blessed by a certain genius, he also tended to have little respect for what he called "old ethics", and felt that the only way for medical science to progress was with experimentation on humans.

Althomuch more could be told of his path, after 10 years practicing surgury he began grafting additional limbs onto himself, both flesh and metal, both beautiful and grotesque. What things he did to the inside of his body was unknown.

The medical community tried to find a place for him, knowing that his knowledge was a great benefit, and tolerating his grand and sometimes absurd ideas. But the youth of the day responded much more enthusiastically, and his 'free' modifications caused him to be very popular with a violent and restless generation.

These images of Genok were taken when the first organized groups of those who had been modified by Genok were beginning to grow. In retrospect, his poise as a leader is more obvious.

Entered in the Genok contest on the Xevolution board.
