Pyre Phantoms
Pyre phantoms are a small tribe of unnaturals under the loose guidance
of a leader whose name (if it has one) is unknown. Although their
numbers are small, their appearances are increasing. The phantoms'
goals a mystery, they strike quickly and choose fights carefully.
They always seem to have sufficiennt numbers to win a battle, however
haphazard the encounter might seem. They care nothing for money or
material goods, incinerating their prey, or playthings, whichever it
may be. As the power of the phantoms increase, a small number of
cooperating hyperfuries are planning to strike at the leader, to put
whatever plan they may have to an end.
